How do I restore a purchase?
Open Settings inside the app and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in
with the same Apple Account you bought with.
My subscription isn't showing as active.
Restore purchases first. If it still doesn't appear, email us with the Apple Account email
used for the purchase and we'll sort it out.
Where are my documents stored?
On your device only. Nothing you scan, import, or redact is ever uploaded to us. Saved
results live in the app's History and can be removed any time via Settings →
Clear All History, or by swiping to delete.
Something wasn't detected automatically.
Automatic detection is a starting point, not a guarantee — always review the page before
you export. You can tap any detected item to include or exclude it, or use the brush to
paint over anything by hand. If you hit a document type we consistently miss, tell us and
we'll work on it.
How do I know a redaction is really gone?
Redactions are flattened into the image itself rather than drawn on top, and the export is
re-scanned to confirm the hidden text can't be read back. Pro users can export a
"Verified Unrecoverable" report documenting what was removed.
How do I delete my data?
Clear All History in Settings, or delete the app. Because your documents never reach us,
there's nothing on our side to delete.
